It looks as like CAL wants seperate IRC channels for all teams competing in the CAL-cs:s division.

IRC Channels

All teams competing in Counter-Strike: Source will be required to have a unique IRC channel for their Source team. We will not be allowing teams from 1.6 to have the same irc channel as CS:S teams. There will be no exceptions. You can register the channel and redirect people to your CS 1.6 channel but you must have someone available in the channel to schedule matches or direct someone the appropriate channel.
