Gotfrag eSports and MFA Video Productions (MFAVP) announced today that they will be providing daily video coverage of the Cyberathlete 2004 Extreme Winter Championships event starting December 15th. MFAVP has long been a staple at CPL events, producing high-quality video content from on location. Gotfrag, the world�s largest eSports and professional gaming news resource will be working with MFAVP to expand the regularly produced video, in addition to Gotfrag�s own news, scores and analytical coverage.

The CPL winter event will bring the world's greatest professional computer gamers together to compete in 4 tournaments for a total payout of $160,000. I like how MFAVP is there yet the last time they made anything was like Winter CPL 2002 which is pretty stupid. Everyone expects them to make another movie like that yet they never do, i dont know what they are even doing at CPL. I also like how Gotfrag says Up-to-the-minute coverage when they only update every like 12 hours and the update has no pictures only scores its so cool. Its funny because like for CPL 2002 they had way better coverage than CPL Summer and Winter 2003. I want to see all the "coverage" this time.

MFAVP is great, and make everything. No dip its not a frag movie, but they are the only videos you can find that keep you informed about whats going on at the CPL.

What I dont like was last season when alot of it was for prime, and the season before that was free. :\

MFAVP provides a video like every day.. They edit the movie and release the same day.. Could be wrong, but its what I hear..

But I am glad to see them come.. The summer event was really cool :)

# 10 we have been at every CPL since 2001. Every event since winter 2002 has daily videos. We usally work 16 hours a day to do 2 movies a day. Thats what we are doing there.

Videos will be about 8 to 15 minutes long... we usually shoot from 10:30am to 7:30pm and get enough GOOD footage to make 2 short videos. We could make the videos an hour long, but they wouldn't be very good to watch and most people would stop watching after the first few minutes anyway.

I hope one day in the future we can make another Electronic Warfare, but real life (racing rally cars on the weekends) + a good paying job takes much of our free time.

Hopefully everybody will like the coverage we have planned for this Winter event!

I do give credit to the guys who make these videos as well as any gotfrag staff at the cpl. I only hope that you guys decide to take it easy on the prime vs. non-prime access for this stuff as well as any other event coverage. I do understand that prime users should be entitled to some special features and what not, but maybe take it easy for this winter cpl and open it up a bit more.

MFA usually does great video coverage, i'm really looking forward to watching this one !

errr all videos were free last event. they were just not easy to find. We will fix that this event.

Only thing that we did that was prime was the photos.
