WEG2005, the event provide joy and pleasure to worldwide e-sports gamers and fans, will raise its curtain at January 30, 2005. To making WEG2005 to be the world's best professional e-sports league, Istarzone, the leading e-sports company in Korea, will invite finest players from all over the world. This event will run for a whole year, it is completely different than any other e-sports event. The whole season will consist of four regular seasons and The World Championship. The World Championship will hold at the end of the year with regular seasons' winners. Every game will be live telecast via Korea's number one cable tv e-sports provider, Ongamenet, and VODs will release for worldwide e-sports communities. Players: Sixteen players from all over the world.
Total Prize Money: $45,000 USD
