Yesterday, the Counter-Strike team, United 5, made an announcement of picking up their new player, Connolly from Meepins. In just one days time, Connolly has decided to go back to his former team.

Here is a statement from Connolly himself :

Yesterday December 28th I accepted an invitation to join united5. I realize that offers like this for most people come once in a lifetime. I am sorry to say that I am removing myself from the team and returning to my HOME, Meepins. I want to appologize to united5 for wasting alot of your their and effort but what was to be the last converstation with one of my best friends, sPaG, had really sunk in. I have come to the conclusion that nothing in this game is worth losing the friends I've made in Meepins over the past year. I will be rejoining Meepins effectively immediatly and we will be trying out best to bring the team back to the top of our game. Thanks to all who supported me throughout this whole thing and good luck to the united5 squad.

What does this mean for United 5? They will yet again have to find a new player. This new development does change things, but who knows, it could be the best for both parties involved. Best of luck to Connolly and United 5.
