The Titans origins in the smaller populated Denmark leave it often overlooked when people talk about the top teams in the World, but its previous accomplishments in 2004 can’t be ignored. The Titans origins in the smaller populated Denmark leave it often overlooked when people talk about the top teams in the World, but its previous accomplishments in 2004 can’t be ignored. Winning ESWC 2004, along with numerous top 10 finishes and a second place at WCG 2004 put them as the team to beat among the final four left in Clanbase’s Eurocup X; which includes Swedish Metro and Spanish x6tence along with Pentagram. Still recently questions have arisen for this powerhouse. A pair losses to fellow Danes and emerging International force Asylum at Played LAN #6 this past weekend has left some questions. Now The Titans face possibly their toughest test on a road to the championship today against Pentagram. The Polish team seems to have fits of inconsistency, showing they belong among the best one weekend at tournaments such as Lehntiz’s to weak or none showings the following weekends. Without a Nollelva performance (or similar Internationally attended event) or a CPL, Pentagram is missing that truly defining mark. Although a win here against The Titans may not secure them such a place, it would help restore confidence in this team’s future possibilities.

It's somewhat exciting considering this is the only team from Poland to make a ripple in the community. The only other Polish-CS related thing (not team) that I can think of is Olo who wrote I think wrote CSGuard. I was thinking that someone was going to say the exact same thing you said today, and it's no big deal to me, but what about America? I respond the same way to American teams winning at the CPL as I do with CNN, no one notices my flag until I root for a team that's associated with the country my family is from :]

Yesterdays match was not too difficult to figure its outcome out, considering the fact that Pentagram has been training for the Optihack Lan comming up this week, whereas The Titans were forced to play with a new addition to their line-up, due to whimp quiting CS actively. Now imagine a team, with only a single day of practice, if at all a single day, matches a team which has been preparing itself for about two or more weeks.
The main reason why Pentagram did not attend any CPL yet is the same reason which made whimp quit CS, the age limit hitting miRRi in that particular case.
Anyway, they have already prooven they got the same abilities while playing in LAN, they just got to get the stability.
