It all comes down to Team 3D and CompLexity facing off yet again in New York. 3D and Complexity have recently developed a storied past. They've faced off many times and have played a map count well into the double digits. In every recent event, all of which have taken place in the Big Apple, 3D has come out on top. After a recent shake up in the GotFrag World Rankings, which put 3D on top and Complexity to number 2 in the USA, both teams are ready to do it again. After Complexity knocked out the quality Rival team in convincing fashion, the players were excited. When asked about his team, Jason "1" Lake, the owner of Team Complexity was ready for the challenge. "We're confident" he said. "When our guys are hitting their shots, like fRod is now, we're very hard to beat". Complexity has won through the tournament in a way that leaves very few questions as to their level of play. Team 3D has a bit less to be confident in with a first round bye, substantially weaker competition through the tournament and a second round scare in a stage match. We asked 3D's manager Craig "Torbull" Levine about his team's outlook. "We got off to a cold start" Levine admitted. "We came back strong on dust2 and began rolling through the competition again. Everybody wants to see more 3D versus Complexity, and so do we." Sunday the two top American teams will play to decide the next page in North American Counter-Strike history. Final Results 1.
