Here is the statement posted on the MiBR webpage.

Is not up to us to comment the visa issue criteria adopted by the USA Consulate, but is necessary to report that we feel a certain portion of cruelty. Certainly our task will be a lot harder with this decision, but we will fight for a good result. We will fight with the maximum of our strengths.

This lineup looks alot like the MiBR team from 2004 with Jorginho filling Pred's spot. While no change this sudden is good for a team, many will like the old school feel and style this lineup brings.
