After an intense day yesterday full of great matches only four teams remain standing in shgOpen. Serious Gaming will face off with the re-incarnation of NoA in the Upper Finals. Fnatic will meet up with Idle in the Lower Finals.
shgOpen 2006 wraps up today with four teams still standing in the double elimination bracket. Elite Finnish gaming team, Serious, will be facing off the newly reformed Team NoA. Serious Gaming had a rough outing during the CPL Winter 2005 event in Dallas due to many roster shuffles shortly before the tournament. With Antti "Shiri" Mäkinen back in the mix, the team has shown very strong play throughout the tournament and now find themselves in the Upper Bracket Finals. Team NoA is playing strong after a major roster shuffle with four player parting the team, leaving Jorgen "XeqtR" Johanssen as the last remaining member. With a fresh new roster, this team is showing great strength despite being together only a little over a month.

Fnatic, a favourite heading into the event after a newly rebuilt roster in 2006, finds themselves in the Lower Bracket Finals against Estonian team, Idle. Matches are scheduled to re-commence on Sunday at 4:00am EST (10:00am CET). Do not forget to set your Personal Timezone to find out exactly when the matches will be played in your area so you do not miss any of the action.
