It didn't take too long to decide who the MVP of the tournament was but three men sure made it interesting. A win by Complexity would all but seal up the MVP award for their star Montaner. But it was not to be, not only did it not play out that way a new face was added to the mix. By outplaying both stars, Jiang “Mikk” Pu of wNv gave his fellow teammate a run but in the end came up short. Without the consistent results all tournament, Pu didn’t have enough to edge out Yang. MVP of WEG Masters 2006 Counter-Strike - Ke Fei “Jungle” Yang Runner-up: Danny “fRoD” Montaner Third Place: Jiang “Mikk” Pu of wNv Gaming Yang finished with a 0.868 FPR (Frags Per Round), good for second in the tournament, while leading the entire event in frags with 262. He also finished tied for first in +/- with a 76 combined with a third in DAR (Damage Average per Round), 86.3. Other key categories Yang finished at the top in was 2F (Two Frags per Rounds) with 49 and tied for the most Aces (Five Frags per Rounds) with 2. Beyond Yang, many players had stand out days throughout the tournament. Here’s a recap of all the match night’s players of the night. Championship MVP Jiang “Mikk” Pu of wNv Gaming
=) doh
As for the man himself, I'm seriously impressed by his modesty, despite being hailed as one of the top CS players ever. He seems quite the philanthropist, giving money to his mother, that's also respectable. Suddenly I find myself thinking that the man truely does desrve all the praise he gets.
and 44'alex , who always "Fire in the hole!" ...XD
Tk and sakula do some crush job whenever need to do ...
what a nice team ...
when Jungle's AWP faced Frod's, Frodz got shot..
warden picked up that AWP, 5s later, he was shot again by Jungle....

i saw warden`s face, it is gray ,and i saw frod`s upset...i love col so much, but u see,
they have lot of things wanna do, but no chance at all..... then they get shocked ,really i think, they dont know wot 2 do, tey do the best and have no idea wot happend wot should do which method can be taken 2 stop wnv or at least make wnv cant do wotever they want, just like the 1 match wnv did when they vs sk in nuke..
enjoy it

Even before the match started, I knew wNv was going to play an ultra-aggressive banana... pre-weg hltv demos, and prior weg matches showed that's how wNv played b-site. I was shocked to see coL adapt so poorly to jungle/mikk's advances on banana. I thought they were going to be ready for it...
