Long time Four Kings stalwart Jonas “GoodFella” Virtanen has left the UK based team and joined SK-Gaming. Virtanen’s contract was sold to SK for an undisclosed fee. Both 4K and SK had a tough WEG Masters event. SK's only victory at WEG was at 4K's expense. Many predicted a roster change in SK’s Swedish team following a poor performance in China and Virtanen topped most prospective player lists. This move brings SK closer together as a team, as Andersen lives in Gothenburg while Virtanen lives in Stockholm with the rest of SK. SK is now in a position where they can put in plenty of practice at Inferno Online, SK’s official café. According to both Four Kings and SK’s webpage Virtanen will play in his first SK match tonight versus Serious Gaming in the NGL league. Four Kings will be announcing a stand-in player for ESWC UK shortly, and they plan on attending the rest of the events this year. Ed “Hotshot” Harborne, 4K’s manager, confirmed their fifth player situation and commented on rumors that Keir “aKuJii” Mccann is unhappy playing CS. “No new fifth is confirmed yet, and no, Keir is perfectly happy,” said Harborne. “(He’s) understandably upset about Jonas leaving but these things happen. This game’s adapting all the time and people adapt with it.” This leaves Four Kings with the following roster: Keir “aKuJii” Mccann Thomas “DaY” Rudstrøm Marc Mangiacapra Joona “natu” LeppänenThis leaves SK with the following roster: Michael “ahl” Korduner Christer “fisker” Eriksson Jonas “GoodFella” Virtanen Abdisamad “SpawN” Mohamed Christian “vilden” Lidström |
