The ESWC Brazilian qualifiers kick off this weekend and no surprises are in the final qualified teams list. All across the country, different partners ran Pre-Qualifiers to determine the list of teams that will attend the event. The first stage will be held on June 2-3 and the great finals will happen on June 4, at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, in Sao Paulo. Until now there is no further information about this final, but the organizers announced that all the details will be revealed in the following hours.

The complete list of Locations and qualified teams follows:

From Sao Paulo, the qualifier took place at Cyber Pinheiros and gave away two spots for the national finals with semXorah.sp and army5 meeting in the finals. (Finals never happened since both teams had already earned their spots).

From Rio de Janeiro the matches took place at the HighScore LanHouse, and also gave two spots for the finals, with MiBR.RJ and r3action meeting in the finals. (Again final wasn’t played since they got the two spots).

From Goiania Team oNe and team HW fought in the finals for the only spot available in an exciting match who turned 16-10 in oNe's favor.

From Curitiba at the StormGames lanhouse, team BFF took the win and got the city's spot for the finals.

From Cuiaba team Xd and dEp took the two spots available at the OFFBEAT Cyberlan.

From the second qualifier held in Rio de Janeiro team RiP got single spot available at the Sniper LanGame.

And finally the last spot was taken by 3T.team at the Cyber Jaguariuna lan in Sao Paulo.


GC, MiBR.Sp, MiBR and g3nerationX already had their spots, GameCrashers being the defending champions, and MiBR.Sp, MiBR and g3x with the spots granted to the Brasil Cups finalists.
