Sweden (GotFrag) - Dreamhack 2006 in Jonkoping, Sweden continues today with many top teams battling it out. Two rounds of Upper Bracket matches were played on day one and currently NiP, fnatic and Aftermath have all advanced into the third round of the Upper Bracket and await the winner between Catch Gamer and ALTERNATE aTTaX. The first day saw many close matches with a couple needing overtime to decide a winner.

In the lower bracket, SK Gaming will be looking to rebound after their opening round to the aforementioned Aftermath team as they take on another Norwegian team, eXcellence. Lehnitz, the team that defeated SK twice to win Krangparty also finds themselves in the lower bracket early with an opening round loss to Catch Gamer. They will be looking to keep their hopes alive as they face former Cisco9 team, Volt Gaming.
