Fnatic is regarded as the best Counter-Strike team in Sweden and one of the best in the world. The Swedes also hold the title for the best team on de_nuke. What key elements make up Fnatic's winning strategies? Karpov answers this and more in his latest playbook on Swedish team Fnatic.

After placing second at ESWC 2006 and obscuring my predictions by soundly defeating Complexity on de_nuke, it was only natural that Fnatic join the ranks of community elites in the form of a playbook. #1 Most teams don't mind playbooks being made. The few teams that actually use another teams' playbook as a guideline for their strats typical get destroyed because teams HEAVILY modify their strats from event to event.

Teams dont become the best team in the world by anti strating every team out there. If your teamwork, execution and aim is there, doesnt matter what you do the other team cant stop you.

you know when we did we did the coL playbook they won ESWC. So maybe its a good luch charm.

finally an awesome prime article... seriously where have all the playbooks gone? :( these are by far the best things that gotfrag ever thought of doing... such good reads... nice job!

I remember CPL Summer 2004 or something around that where gotfrag had a schedule of a new article coming out everyday for 2 weeks before the CPL. Playbooks, behind the gamers, interviews, predictions. Gotfrag needs to get back to that stage.
