The event begins at 7 PM PST tonight. It has been a well publicized fact that the rules are not ones the teams or the community are used to. Another twist was announced yesterday, the teams will not know what map they are playing until 60 seconds before the match begins. I have been promised that GotFrag will be given the map information 61 seconds before the match begins. So tune in for the insider scoop :-)

Whether you like the rule or not, it should make for some very exciting Counter-Strike tonight. The format of the tournament is single elimination. You win one match and you are guaranteed at least $15,000. Win the tournament and you walk away with $50,000.

GotFrag will be at the event and will be bringing you all the latest scores as well as GameSense Live for all of the Counter-Strike matches. Due to the TV studio setting, HLTV will not be available for the event.

Only round 1 will be played tonight. The finals will be played tomorrow night at the same time.
