Here's the post in it's entirety for those who are too lazy to click the link
"Sorry if the wording did not make sense. I wrote it on a plane ride and should have added a few more details. Here's the scoop:
The season opens with qualifiers for USA and Canada residents hosted online at CAL on September 1st.
Countries like Brazil, Korea, Nordic Europe and China will be announcing a series of live qualifiers leading to their own National Finals. So most of the National Finals have a series of supporting events. Winner of the National Finals receive cash prizes, travel to the finals and a berth at the tournament finals.
This is not a Tour where the same players are expected to travel to the different events. Instead the top teams and players can chose which events they want to participate in.
The CPL Championship Finals (Winter Event) will allow open registration of competitors that have not qualified through the series, as has been our tradition for the past 9 years. We have also secured special hotel, car rental and airfare discounts for all participants of the Finals, to be announced soon.
The online registration for Winter will open on the 17th as not to conflict with the registration of CPL Singapore that opened today."
Only 1 question from me, cpl winter = cpl world tour final event?
