The Intel Extreme Masters event is starting again with round one of the qualification process coming into play. Earlier tonight the drawings were announced live on GIGA TV and the teams matched up for first round. As some of you will notice a few of the teams may be unrecognizable but with this event it has a huge genre of teams from all over the world competing.

The likes of fnatic, SK.de, Against All Authority, Begrip.ru, redCode and various other well known international teams will be playing in the first round in which all matches are to be played by October 1st. Once the winners of this first round are decided they will move on to the second qualification round to play the other qualified teams. All the teams in the second round are quite notable but the big standouts being x6tence, Virtus.pro, mTw and hoorai.
