Counter-Strike: Brooks` WEG2005 Season 2 Group Stage 2 Match Day 2 Melee

The action in Season 2 of WEG2005 is about to heat up even more. There were some excellent matches last night which provided ample to talk about on the bus ride back to the hotel. Two upsets gave the teams a wake up call on what they need to do. There could be some early eliminations from the top4 already with a loss today

4K beat GamerCo last season 2-1, but the map GC won was Train, so who knows. GC definitely need this more, since they're basically out if they lose, should be a good game.

4K > GamerCo
wNv > Abitstrike
Catch-Gamer > Pentagram
Begrip > astralis

So let me get this straight, for the teams that alrdy lost 1 (GamerCo, Pentagram, Astralis, wNv), if they lose this next one theyre out of WEG?

i HOpe Begrip of 4k wins it would be a great finals match too

GamerCo can afford a loss here to 4K if wNv beats abitstrike, and still have a shot at advancing. They then would have to have 4K win over abit next playday, and beat wNv, and hope to advance on rounds.

guys you have to remember that train is 4kings is weakest map by far, any other map 4k would have it but i see gamerco winning this

catch 13 astralis 2... how bout that gotfrag "experts". Horrible predictions.. although u proberbly based it on zip.

i heard that GC accused 4K using flash bug. WEG is checking the demo right now. btw is there a flash bug in de_train?

#30 there is but if the admins didnt see it during the match i dont think it happened..

Well if AS have beaten wNv, then the last group stage matches are just for seedings in the knock-out rounds... and I suppose the other matches are just for pride.

Shame about astralis... looks like they really came unstuck in Group stage 2.

4Kings vs Begrip in final is only possible if both 4kings and Begrip wins their groups.

4Kings (1st) vs Catch-gamer (2nd) & Begrip (1st) vs Abit-strike (2nd) in semi-finals. Then it will be 4Kings vs Begrip. My predictions.
