The 2006 Intel C-S: 1.6 Core 2 Extreme Challenge comes to a close today with center to center finals with five participating LAN centers in North America. Day one saw competition between teams at each LAN center for the chance to advance to today's center vs center finals. Today's finals are being played in a round robin group format.

2nd Place: Flow - $ 1,000 CASH
3rd Place: Desire 2 Excel - $ 750 CASH
4th Place: Emazing Gaming - $ 500 CASH
5th Place: Come Get A Taste - $ 500 CASH

Note: According to the CSA organization, JMC wins due to their victory over Flow in their head to head match despite Flow having more rounds won.
