During the 2006 year, Team Turmoil underwent numerous roster changes as they searched to assemble a steady lineup. For the CPL Winter event, the team added Matt "PaTyoJoN" Iantosca to their roster. There was no official announcement at the time, so it was unclear whether Iantosca would be a permanent member. With their unofficial roster, Turmoil performed decently at the event, as they managed to advance to the second round of group play and also post an upset win over top American team 3D.

Today, Turmoil has confirmed that Iantosca has officially joined their roster along with two other players, Joe Perez, briefly of United 5, and Dan Mehler, formerly of rSports. According to owner Mike Fujimura, he was happy with the chemistry that was formed within the team since Iantosca joined the lineup a few months back.

"We formed a pretty good nucleus with impulsive, PaTyoJoN, and goodfornothing and had a pretty decent performance with these 3 in December, having won the Intel5k tourney, finishing 2nd in Cevo-SP behind zEx, and then going to CPL and defeating 3D," said Fujimura.

With the addition of Perez and Mehler to the roster, Turmoil also parts ways with two of its long time members in John "SuperBug" Kleeman and Jeff "jaded" Steinmetz. As Fujimura states, this decision was a mutual one between both players and the team, as each of them felt the need to focus more time on other aspects of their life.

"Jaded is going inactive from Counter-Strike and Superbug, who has loyally served the team with me for years, has decided to step down as leader and take a break in order to concentrate on school," said Fujimura.

With these latest additions, Turmoil's official roster now consists of:
