The Cyber Square Alliance (CSA) goes big with what is yet to be another weekend of great North-American LAN competition. (GotFrag) - Teams from all over compete in what is yet to be another great LAN event. The Cyber Square Alliance is holding another national event this weekend as their six LAN centers from across the US and Canada will be holding a nationwide tournament. Up to sixteen teams will compete at each of these local LAN centre tournaments, with the winning team qualifying for day two where they will face the four other winners online (from the LAN centre) for additional cash prizes. The west coast teams have been pretty dominant during the past CSA events, but that doesn't stop the hidden talent throughout the states. Pandemic, currently ranked #1 in CEVO Professional, will try to add a major LAN event for 2007 after their second place finish at the Intel $5k event. The tournament structure will be either running a full double elimination bracket or group play followed by a double elimination stage. The Centre versus Centre challenge on day two will feature a group play format with all teams competing online from their respective LAN centers. Unfortunately, due to firewall issues, Gamesense Live will not be available for day one local tournaments, but will be available for the day two centre vs centre portion. Gamesense stats from day one will be available shortly after the event. Be sure to stay tuned to GotFrag, your number one source for full PNY March Madness 2007 coverage. Also, don't forget to set your Personal Timezone so that you don't miss out on any of the action.
