Counter-Strike: Les Seules adds zeleNa

By: Luis Mira - Published May 10, 2007 at 5:58 PM EDT - Writer Archive
Female top team Les Seules has confirmed the addition of Sofie "zeleNa" Sandager.
The Danish gamer had parted ways with Les Seules right after the 2005 ESWC tournament, due to her desire to focus on some personal issues and lack of motivation, which made her become inactive.

The 20-year-old female player returned to the gaming stages less than a year later, to a project that would eventually become MYM Ladies but that ended up folding in mid-March due to the team's inability fo find a suitable fifth.

"A couple of months ago, I started talking to some of the girls from Les Seules again, just a bit back and forth about our lives and such. I mentioned that I was missing the game and they offered me to help them out," Sandager told GotFrag.com.

The former MYM Ladies player is now Seules' new fifth, after Nathalie "Nat0" Ek and Line Marie "MissHyper" Haug having seen their names removed from the team's starting five due to their inactivity.

Les Seules plans on attending the Swedish Female ESWC qualifier, which is set to take place on June 9th in Stockholm, Sweden.

Les Seules' roster is now the following:

Sweden Louise "AurorA" Thomsen
Sweden Thelma "Queen*" Lundin
Sweden Sofi "Sophie" Byström
Norway Anette "Cazzidy" Skarderud
Denmark Sofie "zeleNa" Sandager

Sweden Nathalie "Nat0" Ek (inactive)
Norway Line Marie "MissHyper" Haug (inactive)
