Counter-Strike: Snoop agrees forZe move

By: Luis Mira - Published May 17, 2007 at 11:34 AM EDT - Writer Archive
ForZe has confirmed the signing of Boris "Snoop" Podvalshchikov.
The Russian player had been a free agent since yesterday's transfer deal between Roman "ROMJkE" Makarov and Virtus.Pro.

Podvalshchikov has now signed a deal with forZe and looks set to play a major role in the team for the years to come.

The former Virtus.Pro talent will replace Pavel "foont" Lukanidin in forZe. Lukanidin had joined the team in July but sees his name removed from the forZe line-up due to his academic obligations.

"Since it is needed a lot of time to prepare for such important events, Pavel's personal problems (university exams and consequent lack of time and motivation) made him leave the team," Nikita "smb" Bokarev, staff member in forZe, said in the official press release.

ForZe is already bootcamping in the team's official practice center, the internet cafe called 4game, in order to prepare itself for the upcoming tournaments, ASUS Spring Cup and the ESWC qualifier.

Podvalshchikov will have his debut for forZe tonight, against digitalMind, for Clanbase's EuroCup.

These changes leave forZe with the following roster:

Russia Viktor "Mosk" Moskvin
Russia Kirill "pohmel" Bobrik
Russia Andrey "XomA" Mironenko
Russia Vladimir "Tarlund" Perevolockij
Russia Boris "Snoop" Podvalshchikov
