CyberEvolution Online gaming league has released an update version of de_forge In the update we have addressed the issue of the map being too terrorist sided, and have taken a few measures to ensure matches will now be more balanced. You can find the new map here: http://www.cevo.com/?page=downloads&func=cs NOTE: We understand that this is short notice for teams who have preseason matches this week, but this update is now the official version of de_forge. ALL matches played on de_forge MUST use the updated version. Installation Instructions: 1. Unzip the file de_forge.zip. 2. Place the cstrike folder in the following directory: ex. C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\YOUREMAIL\counter-strike 3. Open Counter-Strike and explore the new map. As always, we are interested to hear your opinions on the update. Feel free to contact me at cpipher@cevo.com or via http://support.cevo.com with your suggestions, comments, or questions. --- Download the updated version of de_forge from GotFrag here |

nice changes, good job
good changes ! ! !
not to mention the 1st team who started T was freakin terrible and still won 15-0 as CT after...
k it's better than cbble.
IT IS BETTER THAN CBBLE
and its not exactly like cbble, jump in a cbble map and it is twice as long, forge has the same layout but much more compact, not as awp friendly as cbble.
they stretched forge out a bit, not nearly as long as cbble, but a bit longer than the old 1, and changed the t side entrances towards b, it now takes the ts longer to hit lower and upper b, giving the cts more of a chance to get somewhat setup and throw proper flashes, its way more even now, its more like 6-9 rounds t side now.
FROD FAILS AT CBBLE
Thank the lord, I hated when T's could get there in 10 and CT's in 13...
