4Kings has won the place in the World Cyber Games event in a surprising 5vs4 final. The match was set to start at 10.00 AM GMT time, but when the clock reached twenty minutes past ten, the following message was seen: - We are starting at 10.30 whether they are in or not. The remaining players joined the server as the admins seemed serious about their wish to start on time. Everyone connected, except James "wilzOOO" Wilson. Wilson had apparently not arrived at the venue on time. The match was held up thirty minutes, after which the game began, with four of Dignitas' players against five members of 4Kings. "Dignitas didn't give a reason for wilzOOO not showing up," an i31 Counter-Strike admin told GotFrag.com. "They were fully aware they were meant to be in the green room at 9am behind the finals' arena but wilzOO didn't turn up until 10.50." The last Dignitas member eventually joined the server for the second half, but 4Kings already had a 12-3 advantage, which resulted in a final score of 16-4 in favor of 4Kings. |

The admins should be applauded for following the rules, unlike certain Australian Source competitions...
But 4Kings and Overtime had already complained about the delays caused by Dignitas.
Stayed at a house thats 30 minutes away, left 10 minutes late.. then got stuck on the a4 behind some cripple who crashed their car into a hedge.
some f**king stupid admin called chicane who tried to get us defaulted in group stages because ady changed steam accounts made them start the game with 4 despite the fact i was driving at 120 mph through country lanes on my way. he could of just switched game with 11 o clock game, but he's a c**t... so you can guess what happened
i get to my pc, its PAUSED in pistol round, i touched it and it quit cs, i reload and then play pistol with 7 sensitivity 20 30 7500 0.1 because f**king failed abortion chicane was tapping me on the shoulder telling me to hurry up, i politely told him to f**k off.
yeah so we lost pistol suprise suprise, and then stu lagged on the gun round.

When a delay from a team or player has a negative affect on the integrity of a tournament, this ruling must be made.
for example I always hate, when they schedule games for some time and then move them by 1-2 hours. Can you imagine ManUnited not starting against Arsenal, because Rooney did not come, to say nothing that wilzoo is not of the same magnitude as Rooney in their respective scenes.

4K are an awesome team, they'll surprise people in seattle.
for me as a spectator cs and football are pretty the same in terms of that I want to see great games and on time. you should agree, and I also mentioned the magnitude of the comparison, but still it should hold. The more professional attitude we have to cs, the better chances it has to succeed as sports
