The Brazilian WCG qualifier kicks off this Saturday, with sixteen teams fighting for the place in Seattle. Made in Brazil and g3x are once again the main favorites to grab the qualification. The two teams recently swapped players, and this will be the first test for their new line-ups. Made in Brazil comes off of a third place in e-Stars 2007, where former NoA talent Jonas "bsl" Alsaker Vikan was its fifth player. The 2006 ESWC champion is always the main favourite to win the local competitions but will surely not have an easy task on this one. G3nerationX seems to be better than Made in Brazil when it comes to practice. While mibr had to attend the South Korean event and had little time to practice with Olavo "cky" Napoleao, g3x had more than one week to prepare itself for the tournament, including an intensive bootcamp last weekend. LAN-Sports - Exotic is also one of the squads to look out for. The second ESWC representative recently added André “fatan” Salem to replace Wilton “zews” Prado but still has high hopes for this tournament. WCG 2007 Brazil Grand Final on Dust2
