The second annual NGL ONE Finals will be held from August 23rd to August 26th. The competition will be taking place on LAN during Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany. The top four Counter-Strike 1.6 teams from this years season will be battling for a top finish and their share of the $35,000 prize purse.

Every team in competition has recent success to back up their placing. Fresh off the bronze in Paris, and the 1st place finish in Seoul at e-Stars 2007, #1 seeded fnatic looks in prime position to take the tournament. The #2 seeded Mouz is a bit of a tossup, they have had a less than stellar year.

#3 NoA will definitely be top 2, the runner-up spot in Paris speaks volumes for the Danes. While SK took 2nd in Louisville, there wasn't much competition to speak of. Their NGL performance this year is equally as lukewarm.

The first day of the tournament gives us the anticipated matchup of Fnatic and SK-Gaming, after which Mousesports will be taking on Team NoA. Matches will kickoff at 4AM EST so set your alarms. Since this is a double elimination the first two matches, as well as the winner's bracket finals will be played on Thursday morning while the remaining will be held on Friday and Saturday. The map rotation consists of the standard nuke, dust2, inferno and train.
