The ASUS Summer 2007 cup kicks off this Saturday with teams such as Virtus.Pro or Begrip Gaming in attendance. This will be the first chance to see the new Virtus.Pro line-up in action, following the recent signings of Ioan "Edward" Sukhariev and Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko. ForZe failed to impress in the Russian WCG qualifier and seeks revenge for its poor campaign. Another disappointing event may result in another wave of changes in Aleksey "HEL1" Novikov's squad. Begrip Gaming finished in second place in the WCG qualifier after losing to KPOBb in the Grand Final. The Russian squad is now in need of a better campaign after this result.
