Counter-Strike: GotFrag TV to broadcast the CEVO CS 1.6 Pro Playoffs

Tune into GotFrag TV for a weekend full of exciting Counter-Strike 1.6 play by play commentary and in-depth analysis as we bring you the season six playoffs of North America's top online league.


GotFrag.com LLC. - GotFrag TV is pleased to announce our full in-depth video coverage of the CEVO Pro 1.6 Playoffs. GotFrag TV will be streaming live to viewer's homes on September 8th and 9th. All of the highlight matches, razor-thin clutch saves and head-turning upsets will be broadcast live as they happen from the GotFrag TV studio, beginning with the opening rounds and culminating in the Grand Final.

With play by play commentary from one of the premier pioneers of eSports broadcasting, Vince "Violator" Oliverio will pull fans into the game and provide insightful and objective analysis of ongoing game action. Joining him on camera will be GotFrag’s own Editor-in-Chief Mark “Jesuit” Cheben, whose extensive experience in and out of the game will help break down complex scenarios and give a glimpse inside the mind of the professionals that occupy the upper echelon of North American CS talent.

The playoff matches begin at 6:00pm EST on the 8th with EMG taking on Backfire and x3o facing off against wcR. Competing for $10,000 in cash and the season six title are Turmoil, Check Six, x3o, EMG, Backfire, and West Coast Rockers. The teams qualified for the playoffs after seven weeks of league play. How will the new x3o stack up? Will someone stop Turmoil and their run through CEVO? Tune in on September 8th and 9th and find out!

GotFrag TV uses Octoshape technology to stream video in order to keep video quality at the highest possible level, and so that everyone can tune in.

You can download the plugin HERE. It is extremely easy to install.

The only other requirements for Octoshape to work are that you will need to have ActiveX enabled and Java installed. Please make sure you have the Java runtime on your computer. For those without it, you can download it here.

You can tell Octoshape is running because there will be an icon in your system tray. If you right click the icon, you can manage your Octoshape settings. Below is a screenshot of what the Octoshape settings look like; they are fairly straightforward.
