Held at the famous LAN event called WonderBase Computer Festival, the first KODE5 stop will take place from August 31st to September 2nd.

The event will kick off with a group stage, which will see the top two finishers qualifying for the A tournament, the one that will give access to the Global Finals.

This tournament will begin with a single elimination phase, with the first two rounds being played on one map only, while the remaining rounds will use a best-of-three match system.

Fnatic comes into the event on the back of a first place in the WCG qualifier, and is the main favorite to qualify for the Global Finals.

However, it will have heavy competition from teams like SK Gaming or Divine, who are eager to dethrone fnatic and secure a place in this important event.

[P0D], a mix team consisted of three NiP players and two free agents, will also be in attendance, with hopes of establishing itself as a giant-killer.
