EXplosive member Taras "craft1k" Voytenko has joined Amazing Gaming.
The Ukrainian player had been keen to quit eXplosive and has been linked with a move to Amazing Gaming.

A-Gaming has been looking for a new member since Nikolay "weiss" Poplavskyi expressed his desire to retire from gaming.

Poplavskyi, who played a major role in the team's third place at the World Cyber Games 2007, will now focus on some personal issues of his.

"It was a known fact that WCG 2007 would be the last event for weiss and that we, together with weiss, had already decided our new player," Anna "MIU" Danilyak, manager in Amazing Gaming, told GotFrag.com.

"Weiss has decided to quit his gaming career and make something out with his own life."

Amazing Gaming is delighted to have secured the services of Voytenko and believes that the new player will be a quality asset to the squad.

"Craft1k is one of the top CS damage dealers in Ukraine and he has always wanted to play for our team," Danilyak added.

"Since craft1k played for another top team of Ukraine, eXplosive, we know his gaming style very well and he also knows ours."

The new Amazing Gaming team should have its official debut during the finals of the Intel National eSports League, which will take place this weekend in Donetsk.

Amazing Gaming has now the following roster:

Ukraine Aleksey "xaoc" Kucherov
Ukraine Andrew "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy
Ukraine Sergey "starix" Ischuk
Ukraine Yuriy "strike" Tereshenko
Ukraine Taras "craft1k" Voytenko
