Ten of the World's best Counter-Strike teams and Warcraft III players have been invited and will attend the Intel Extreme Masters LA Global Challenge this weekend at E For All. These teams will battle for a large cash prize purse along with a shot at qualifying for the Extreme Masters II Finals.

The Extreme Masters will also be holding a pre-qualifier tournament on Thursday where the two finalists for both CS and WC3 will qualify for the main qualifier on Friday through Sunday. From there, the top two non-European finishers of the LA Global Challenge will qualify for the Extreme Masters. Even though European competitors are not eligible to qualify for the main Extreme Masters event, they are still able to win the large cash prizes.

Today we can announce the complete list of participants of Intel® Extreme Masters Los Angeles. From 18th until 21st of October these players and teams will compete against each other in the Los Angeles Convention Center. 65,000 US-Dollar prize money and two non-European Intel® Extreme Masters II slots are waiting!

Local Pre Qualifier:

In the local pre qualifier only teams and players from America will attend. They will play a small tournament. The two best teams and players qualify for the main round of Intel® Extreme Masters Los Angeles. The local pre qualifier is held on Thursday, 18th of October.
