ID Gaming's Counter-Strike team is currently fifth in EPS and has little chances of qualifying for the LAN Finals, given the three-point difference to fourth-placed pod.hama, with only two rounds left to play.

The German organisation has been linked with financial problems for the past weeks, a situation which Tim "silver" Hochgrebe confirmed to local gaming portal readmore.de.

According to Christian "Blizzard" Chmiel, the players were not receiving their salaries, which justifies the recent drought of good results.

"Since we were not getting our salaries paid, we have almost stopped practicing for the past 4-5 weeks," Chmiel told GotFrag.com.

"The motivation went down to a very low level and as a result we played some very bad matches during the last weeks."

The team is already looking for a new partner and will play the remainder of the EPS season under the name "ins X".

According to Chmiel, Witali "nuY" Martin will departure from the squad during when the season reaches an end, with the former mousesports captain confirming the reports linking the team with roster changes.

"I can't comment on what we plan to do next year but I would really like to play with my former team mates Roman R. and fleks."

#8 you think these guys have full time jobs? they pour their lives into cs and when you get nothing in return your level of motivation drops dramatically. these aren't scrubs like you who play cs as a hobby, you have people who are in their 20's that are ex attax and mouz players, people who travel the world to just play cs. if fleks, roman r, silver, blizzard and maybe todi made a team i could see them being top3 in germany.

Uh ya #16 is right. You clowns bashing them for not playing well because they didn't get paid is ridiculous. They played poorly because they didn't practice. When someone doesn't hold up their end of the bargain it makes them feel like everything they've worked for is meaningless to them. So instead of even being able to play cs, they need to pick up more hours at their current jobs to pay rent, buy food, you know.. live. If someone says they're going to pay you and they don't, you leave, simple as that.
