Counter-Strike: fu.sk loses Dev1 to inactivity

By: Luis Mira - Published January 05, 2008 at 1:03 PM EST - Writer Archive
Fu.sk has confirmed the inactivity of local star Ivan "Dev1" Lazarov.
The Slovakian player created fu.sk in early 2003, having finished in 5-6th place at WCG SEC 2006 during his long spell at the organisation.

Lazarov has struggled to find time to practice with his team, which has made him step down from his role in the team.

He has now become fu.sk's manager but should still play for the team in upcoming tournaments until a suitable fifth arrives.

"CS has been my priority since the beginning, but now I must focus on my studies and on my own company, which has now a couple of projects running," Lazarov told GotFrag.com.

"Fu.sk has two tournaments this month and I should play both for the team because it is unlikely that they will find a replacement this fast."

This move leaves fu.sk with the following line-up:

Slovakia Radovan "uNreaL" Bratinka
Slovakia Oliver "cheesE" Sokol
Slovakia Gregor "Gr3g1" Mede
Slovakia Michal "bafo" Cierny
