Amazing Gaming has confirmed the addition of Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov from Islanders.
The Russian player arrives at Amazing Gaming after a six-month spell at Islanders, where he helped his team finish in 5th-8th place during ASUS Winter 2008.

Bogdanov will now fill the shoes of Taras "craft1k" Voytenko, who had joined the Ukrainian team in October after a third-place finish at the World Cyber Games 2007.

According to the official press-release, Voytenko failed to impress during his time at Amazing-Gaming and is now expected to return to eXplosive.

The former Virtus.pro talent admits to be enjoying his time at Amazing-Gaming and revealed that he would have retired from gaming if he had not received this offer.

"After I left Islanders, I was thinking about retiring but then B1ad3 contacted me and asked if I wanted to join A-Gaming and this was the offer I could not decline," he told GotFrag.com.

Bogdanov should make his official debut for Amazing Gaming during KODE5 Ukraine, which will take place at C-Club in Kiev from March 29th-30th.

Amazing Gaming has now the following line-up:

Ukraine Aleksey "xaoc" Kucherov
Ukraine Andrew "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy
Ukraine Sergey "starix" Ischuk
Ukraine Yuriy "strike" Tereshenko
Russia Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov
