With one week to go until the premier of the X3O 2008 Championship Series, the organization has released the seedings and corresponding starting groups for the first day of competition.

The matches themselves begin next Saturday, March 29th and continue until Sunday. The initial group stage will consume the entire first day with each individual group providing two teams a berth into the second day's bracket play.

As detailed here, the winner of this qualifier will receive an auto-berth past the round robin level and into the bracket stage of the final series event in addition to prize money.
