With one week to go until the premier of the X3O 2008 Championship Series, the organization has released the seedings and corresponding starting groups for the first day of competition.

The matches themselves begin next Saturday, March 29th and continue until Sunday. The initial group stage will consume the entire first day with each individual group providing two teams a berth into the second day's bracket play.

As detailed here, the winner of this qualifier will receive an auto-berth past the round robin level and into the bracket stage of the final series event in addition to prize money.

The bug issue known as "crouch hopping" will officially be allowed during the Dust-Off� Keyboard Quiver Qualifier Tournament. You can not bind +duck to mwheel.

Absolutely boggles my mind in fact, it takes the same amount of "skill/effort" to do it through mousewheel when compared to the keyboard method...binding mouse wheel up to duck and using ctrl as the other duck button is the same as having two separate buttons on the keyboard in order to crouch hop.

#31 you're an idiot. Come to x3o and show everyone how mwheel + shift/ctrl = the same thing as two keyboard keys. Play a full scrim and i want to see u tapping your keyboard constantly between the two keys, while strafing jumping and shooting. The only legit way to crouch hop is to do it through one key, thus limiting your ability to spam the crouch hop thereby forcing you to make noise if done consecutively.
