Top 5 Team Performances of the Week
1. X3O - Despite their #1 spot in the standings for 8 weeks straight, the team is on a two game streak after their loss in Week 7 and look to close out with a bang as Week 9 is around the corner.
2. MoB - After a win against Interstate 95 and a forfeit win over EG, MoB is now #2 in the league and looks to hold that spot for one more week. They will play X3O next on de_train for Week 9.
3. Eximius - A huge win over Mug N Mouse really made a difference as they are now in a three-way race for second place. If they can secure another two wins, it will be close to were they will turn up.
4. EG - The forfeit loss to MoB pushed them down a spot until the final week of play. The win over Dynamo helped their chances as two matches are left in regulation.
5. I95 - Suffered some tough losses in Week 8 but will be able to secure a spot in playoffs after bouncing back from seventh to fourth.

Surprise of the Week: MoB Gaming - Now #2 seed in the standings, they will look to keep the seat warm for the remaining week. They still hold a slim margin with EG and it will be close as they ride it out.

Stock Rising: X3O - Winning both matches for the week puts them comfortably in the #1 seed for playoffs. I95 was able to get some rounds on X3O but it wasn't enough for the top team in CEVO.

Stock Falling: Mug N Mouse - They really need wins in the next week to secure their spot in playoffs next season. Their most recent win over Nightmare Online will help but only a small bit due to their record being beyond horrible. MNM will face I95 on de_train first in Week 9 to settle the score.
