Counter-Strike: n1ce leaves x6tence

Arturo "n1ce" Balbastre has parted company with x6tence e-Sports Club.
The Spanish player joined the ranks of x6tence in July 2007 but did not enjoy a successful spell at the organisation, having seen his side perform way below the levels that were expected.

Following the recent series of bad results, the x6tence management decided to make changes in the Counter-Strike to improve the team's form, with Balbastre himself allegedly stepping down from his place in the team.

The former redCode member was, along with José "sioK" Rodríguez, the first Spanish player involved in a transfer deal between two organisations.

"The bad results during the last tournaments have left me with no proper motivation, which made me prioritize other aspects of my life," he told the team's official website.

"I am sorry that my departure happens in such a chaotic moment, from which it will be hard to recover, from which it sometimes seems impossible to turn things over."

This departure leaves x6tence with a four-player roster, with the management stressing that it is already testing some solutions for the last spot.

X6tence has now the following line-up:

Spain Jose "DrastyK" Blasco
Spain Antonio "FlipiN" Rivas
Spain David "r1bera" Antón
Spain José "sioK" Rodríguez

Spain David "DeyF" Arroyo (inactive)
