Counter-Strike: myRuSh leaves EPS

By: Luis Mira - Published April 22, 2008 at 7:28 PM EDT - Writer Archive
MyRuSh has departed from Germany's most famous Counter-Strike league.
The German team was in last place at EPS, still pointless in the league, with very little chances of escaping relegation.

According to myRuSh orga, Steffen "Hanni" Reimann, the team's training problems, as well as Gerd "m1croman" Mayer's poor relationship with the remainder of the squad, led to the decision to abandon the EPS league.

"We always had problems to find time to practice because of log1c's and Chris_TheG's work, then the other players had problems with m1croman, so I had to play during the last games," Reimann told GotFrag.com.

"I am an orga, not an EPS player, and we started having problems to find five players that could play the remaining games of the EPS season, so we decided to leave the league, because there was no chance for us to finish the season."

This said, myRuSh's played games in the league will be deleted, as well as the games the team was expected to play.

Meanwhile, Reimann explained that the team will fold as the players will go separate ways.

"Chris_TheG and belanglos are going to search for a new EPS team or an EAS team, fazeR has gone inactive and I do not know what log1c is going to do."

MyRuSh had the following team:

Germany Hans "belanglos" Riemer
Germany Christopher "Chris_TheG" Gollinger
Germany Henning "fazeR" Mau
Germany Sascha "log1c" Wegge
Germany Gerd "m1croman" Mayer
