The Finnish squad had announced last week two additions to the team in what seemed to be Excello's return to the European elite.

However, the former CMAX.gg team has now confirmed the departure of two players: Janne "Kuppi" Kuparinen and Miikka "driim" Toroi.

According to Toroi, Excello had "problems with motivation", with the lack of an "in-game leader" playing a crucial role in this move.

"Kuppi tried to take that role, but it did not work out well, as you can see," he told GotFrag.com. "I have to go to school, work and play football so I do not have enough time for competitive gaming at the moment.

"I think I will play more again after the summer, but right now I'm just enjoying the summer."

These two departures leave Excello with a three-man roster, with Toroi claiming that it will be hard for the team to discover two adequate substitutes.

"I've heard they will try to get new players but I do not know who they are going to take since there are not many "professional gamers" left here in Finland."
