The GameGune 2008 edition is due to take place from July 25th-27th at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Bilbao, the largest city in the Basque Country.

With a total prize purse of €22,500, the organisation hopes to attract an array of top teams from all over Europe.

The first GameGune pack of teams features Spain's most famous team, x6tence, and the Finnish giant, roccat, who recently confirmed the departure of longtime captain, Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen.

The first six confirmed teams that will attend GameGune 2008 are the following:
