Counter-Strike: GeT_RiGhT leaves Blank

Blank has confirmed the dismissal of former SK Gaming player Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund.

The Swedish team was one of the sides on show in last weekend's DreamHack LAN event, having managed a 3rd-4th place finish at the ESWC qualifier.

According to team manager, Niklas Kronquist, the removal of Alesund is explained by his "poor communication" with the rest of the players, which had an impact on Blank's performances.

"To achieve good results, you need players that are quire similar in the way they communicate in real life," Kronquist told GotFrag.com. "Unfortunately, Alesund did not really mix with the others."

The departure of the former Meet Your Makers player leaves Blank with a four-man roster nearly a month before the start of GameGune 2008.

Kronquist states that Blank is already testing a new fifth player and that it should be announced in time for the Spanish event.

so get_right is hopping clans left and right waiting for the dream lineup to come to him. instead of doing that he should stick with it and stop thinking he's a badass and above communicating with his teammates.

Definitely a loss in terms of pure fragging power, GeT_RiGhT was pretty impressive. However meshing with his teammates has never seemed to be his strong suit. So let's see who Blank can add and if it'll raise their competitive ability at GG or not.

While the newsitem seems pretty precise, the header is misleading. He didn't leave, he was kicked. Stung256 has already given us an example of his it is misunderstood :)

Maybe when Tentpole/Allen get the chop stick for zet, one of them will come over. Seriously though, I couldn't imagine that happening for a while. Zet just got back to 1.6 and im sure it'll take a few months prior to bringing his game back to its "Peak".

#32 kf3 and get_right are pretty much the same. they frag like monsters but can't mesh with a team.

I don't think that was his problem with SK, they said he talked more than SpawN which is a pretty big plus. It really sucks to see him leave, him and face are some of the best fraggers in Europe.

zet is joining sk because he wanna play with robban and walle, which means they r not leaving sk. according to sk website, allen "is not going anywhere". spawn probably wouldnt leave for his entry. tentpole prolly leaving?
