The event will take place from July 4th-6th at the Palais Omnisports of Paris and will feature all the ESWC official games, Counter-Strike: 1.6, Defense of the Ancients, Quake 3 Arena, Trackmania Nations, and Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne.

The ESWC Masters of Paris will reward the winners with money and a spot in the ESWC 2008 event, to take place in California during the summer.

According to the new list published by the ESWC, some teams have cancelled their participation in the event, such as Asian pair wNv.cn and e-STRO or Spanish team Nextlevel e-Sports Club.

On the other hand, the organisation has confirmed that Spirit of Amiga, Team Alternate and Excello have been added to the list.

So far, the ESWC has 19 confirmed teams in the tournament, which means that there are still 3 slots to fill.
