Big roster changes for two of North America's most high-profile teams. The most profound of these movements centers around Shaun "Hostile" Catron, a longtime CS veteran and notably outspoken competitor. Today marked the obtainment of Catron's contract by EG.usa from his home for the majority of the 2008 year, MoB Gaming. The choice to remove Ryan "Ninespot" Bell came from team leader Nazar "steno" Vynnytsky. Evil Geniuses organizational head Alex Garfield went into further detail. "Steno is the leader of our team, both inside and outside of the game, and this is a decision he wanted to make. He has an extremely calculated approach to the teams he builds, and he wanted five players all capable of playing at an extremely fast pace while making quick decisions. Ryan is a fantastic player. He played extremely well for us on LAN and was also a very consistent presence overall, but Steno simply felt that in order to get to the play style he wanted, this change was necessary." When questioned regarding if the availability of Catron lead to the dismissal of Bell, Garfield explained that, "the decision with Shaun didn't really happen before or after the decision with Ryan; as is always the case with roster changes in Counter-Strike, the two were essentially interconnected". In exchange for Catron, MoB Gaming gained control of Scott "Evolution" Cavallero. The East coast player was most recently involved in what many saw as a suprise development, as Vynnytsky benched Cavallero in favor of new pick-up Fadil "Nepo" Canovic, whos relatively unknown status brought upon the doubt of many. In tandem with their new talent, MoB has moved Matt "Lim" Beahan up to the starting rotation to fill a spot formally occupied by Thomas "thoMz" Garcia who recently went inactive for an undetermined amount of time. eg better hope naz knows what hes doin cause its looking iffy o.O
How far you've come scott, from playing with you in F[L]^ rofl, to playing against you in cal so many times, now your one of the top american players, maybe i shouldnt have quit :p
#11 i like you
Nepo- on the other hand has much to learn and being on a team as good as this should make him learn quick or get cut :]
hostile:WE'RE NOT GOIN HOME!
naz seems to be bringing this team down. first off hes not as skilled as ninespot, evolution, n0thing, or hostile. second, he stubbornly insists on keeping che and picking up nepo just because hes friends with them. and now hes wasting n0thing and hostile's talent on a team that will go nowhere.
probably a buncha nubs that say pick it up to their teammates when they have a bad score for a half, clueless nobodies.
thoMz gl in your life outside of cs but hope you come back to shreddin heads soon!
steno just kick their probaly best player(ninespot, with evo)and now evo get out of team, eauHehueAYEYG!!!!
what eg gonna win now with this rooster?n0thing!hahahahhaa
I kind of agree... Nepo fits with what steno is trying to do much better then when Ninespot was on the team BUT if teams can slow down EG there is no way Nepo can hold his own on the international competition. Ninespot on the other hand probably could.
Ninespot is definatly a more overall skilled player than Nepo but at the same time he is better at what EG is trying to accomplish.

But yea... I think Steno is a crazy mother fuc ker for thinking this will work but hey, he is Ukrainian!
And I'm not talking anything CS related, lmfao.
