Four Kings has decided to release the UK-based Counter-strike squad.
The British team, currently playing sYnck for the Extreme Masters qualifier, started the game against the Estonian side under the name virtuoso, and speculation suggesting that 4Kings had parted ways with the team immediately surfaced.

4Kings has now confirmed the dismissal of the UK-based team following a series of disappointing results, thus deciding to focus on the Finnish team, who joined the organisation earlier this summer.

"After playing under the 4Kings name for a while now, we've chosen to release the team," 4Kings Manager Ian "Javax" Leckey told the team's official website. "Coming originally from virtuoso as being the UK's number one team, they failed make substantial leaps in the European scene and ultimately fell behind in the UK scene too, losing their throne to dignitas.

"After a number of lineup changes and player swaps, the team have been unable to rectify the situation. With jenuwin moving away soon, which would result in yet another roster change, we've decided to call it a day."

Leckey also noted that 4Kings won't be looking for a new British CS team to replace this one.

4Kings' team was the following:

United Kingdom Adam "JenuwiN" Griffiths
United Kingdom Sean "madSpunk" Loke
United Kingdom Phil "monkE" Dale
United Kingdom Andy "mh" Gray
United Kingdom Paul "ShaQ" Shackleton
