(GotFrag) - Last week saw EG.ca ending their two win streak and bid for a spot in the Hall of Kings by taking a loss to the new Kings, Sway Gaming. Taking losses on Dust2 and Inferno, the Canadian match-up appoint a new hopeful. If Sway can capture five wins in the next five consecutive weeks, they will join the Hall of Kings and take the final spot in the Championship Tournament.

Following the close of voting on Monday, Sway Gaming's first challenger was decided. For the third time in the KotH's history, EG.Girls will compete. Despite criticism from what appears to be quite a large majority of the community, they took 199 votes, nearly a hundred more than the nearest challenger.

The remaining four teams that were top five but failed to gather enough votes to compete will be put back into the pool for next week's challenge along with eleven other teams.

In the days following the match, a new poll will be posted and the voting will resume.

Format

The match will take place this Tuesday, Oct. 14th at 9:30 EST and will feature a best-of-three format. The losing team is permitted to re-enter at the bottom of the waiting list.
