mTw cruised to a comfortable 16-6 win over SK Gaming on de_train, with the Swedish side once again been left wondering what went wrong. SK Gaming - who started as CT - missed a great opportunity to take the lead in the game when, in a 3-on-1 situation, the Swedish men could not get past Mohamed "MJE" Eid. mTw would would take the next two rounds relatively easy, with SK surprisingly using the same eco strategy twice, which produced no effect. SK's inner bombsite was most of the times poorly defended, which gave mTw countless opportunities to win key rounds, and the Danish team would storm to a 7-2 lead. The Swedish team then found a lifeline when it claimed four consecutive rounds but its hopes of winning the first-half would soon come to an end when mTw made it 9-6 with two well-planned rushes on bombsite B. SK Gaming knew they had a mountain to climb after switching to Terrorist and being down by three rounds. mTw's defence proved to be just too strong for SK Gaming and the Swedish team would not be able to win a single round in the second-half, making it 16-6 in favour of mTw. mTw is now through to the Semi-finals, while SK Gaming is already thinking about its next tournament, the World Cyber Games. |
