The big game of the Quarter-finals put face-to-face Meet Your Makers, this year's ESWC holder, and mTw, last year's WCG runner-up. It was expected to be a nail-bitting match and it surely disappointed no one.

On de_inferno, Meet Your Makers was never able to find its way, allowing mTw to storm to 13-0 before the Polish players could claim their first round of the match. MYM would go to half-time with 13-2 on the scoreboard but it was simply not enough as the Danish team took the pistol round and the following two rounds to win the first map.

On de_train, MYM - playing as CT - began brightly and claimed the first three rounds. However, that would be almost everything the Polish team would get from the first-half as mTw was almost as unstoppable as the wind, despite Filip "NEo" Kubski's good performance.

The half-time score was 10-5 and MYM knew it had a mountain to climb as it switched to T side. After winning the first round, mTw let MYM briefly take control of the game as the Polish side won four rounds in a row.

But mTw quickly replied and won the remaining rounds courtesy of Christoffer "Sunde" Sunde to make it 16-9 and win the second map.

The Danish team has now qualified for the Semi-finals, where it will meet the winner of the match between Norway and Gravitas Gaming.
