Counter-Strike: mibr announces B team

Made in Brazil has announced the creation of a reserve squad.
This decision comes right after Made in Brazil's early elimination from the World Cyber Games after finishing third of its group, behind e-STRO and Meet Your Makers.

Made in Brazil coach Carlos "KIKOOOO" Segal has revealed the creation of a B squad, a move he hopes that will help the squad return to the top flight.

"I will choose between 5 to 10 players," Segal told the team's website. "Then, as time goes by, I will be removing some players until a team is created and I will help it grow.

"Our plan is to have players with the same potential as the ones from the main team to make substitutions whenever necessary."

During the Brazil Cup III event, Segal will be looking at players from every team and pick the best ones to be part of Made in Brazil's reserve squad.

"The purpose of this change is to make a team that wants to win, wants to practice, wants to study its opponents and likes what it does.

"I will make line-up changes whenever it is necessary. If some player does not perform well, whether it is in tournaments or practices, or even when there are disciplinary issues, he will be sent to the B team.

"I want a champion team and I think the entire community wants it too!"

Segal added that Made in Brazil's players will have the chance to prove their worth in the team's next two events: Extreme Masters' American Continental Finals and DreamHack WGT.

"This will be the last chance for them to prove that I was right when I picked them. If they don't perform well, there will be changes in 2009!"
