Counter-Strike: aAa raids esport-Eu

By: Luis Mira - Published November 20, 2008 at 6:12 PM EST - Writer Archive
Against All Authority has announced the addition of the esport-Eu Counter-Strike squad.
The French organisation had been without a Counter-Strike team since Gaetan "Shq" Varlotta and Kyle "noth1ng" Saadi decided to link-up with Mickael "mSx" Cassisi and two other players in a new project.

In response to these departures, aAa decided to close the team and speculation about what the organisation would do next followed.

aAa has now welcomed the esport-Eu Counter-Strike team, who attended this year's WCG event in Cologne, where it crashed out in the Round of 16 courtesy of mTw.

"I am truly honoured and it is with great satisfaction that I have have joined the aAa structure," Rémy "RevZ" Prieur told the team's website. "We will do everything to give aAa the two things it has missed for a long time: stability and results!"

"That won't be easy because there are many teams that can claim the number one position this year but we will do everything we can to take it and the support of this structure will play an important role in this adventure."

Meanwhile, aAa has confirmed Nicolas "Dr.Crow" Vaissaud as the team's sixth player, making it a six-man roster that looks as follows:

France Warren "CosMo" Boisnard
France Rodolphe "Diodel" Verloës
France Benjamin "drizzer" Charnet
France Rémi "loduN" Colas
France Rémy "RevZ" Prieur
France Nicolas "Dr.Crow" Vaissaud (backup player)
